Finding staff to help better serve our customers

It’s no secret that recruiting people in almost any industry is a challenge right now. For us at Argus, we need more experienced and skilled Technicians, Fitters and others to join the team.
As soon as the Government announced the opening of the borders Bryce Donaldson, our Northern General Manager, travelled to the Philippines to interview a number of candidates.
Follow up interviews were held via Teams with our branch managers, and we were delighted to find a number of highly-skilled people who we feel will fit right in as part of our Argus team.
Pleasingly, it means we have a number of new staff joining us in New Zealand in 2023, under the Immigration NZ Accredited Employer programme of which Argus is a member.
